Lourdes IT are recruiting to join our growing team.

Changing the way schools’ access friendly, helpful and pro-active IT support, Lourdes IT are a not for profit team based in Redditch Worcestershire providing IT support via a helpdesk and onsite visits, broadband connectivity and SIMS support to a growing number of schools and trusts.

We make real impacts in our schools to ensure they can use high quality IT to deliver engaging and exciting lessons to students. Whether this is via hardware we manage, software we train users for or advice, guidance and support we deliver – we are on a mission to make IT easy in education.

Three roles are currently available within our team:

1st Line IT Technician

Join our team of proactive onsite support technicians – delivering hands on support and guidance to our schools. Customer service skills are essential in this role, as well as a friendly, can do attitude. You will be supported via our 2nd and 3rd line support teams.

2nd Line IT Technician

Our 2nd line team continues to grow. Based out of our brand new offices in Redditch, you will work on the helpdesk, and onsite when required, to deliver support and resolve resolutions. You will also work on projects and support our 1st line team.

Deputy IT Service Lead

An exciting new role within our organisation to provide 3rd line technical support, to lead on all technical aspects of our support and projects and to work closely with the IT Service lead to ensure we complete our mission to deliver outstanding support.

No two days are the same, we are constantly working on projects (network rebuilds, installs, networking, backups and software deployment)
