We know Education Professionals are busy people – and you have limited time when you may be available for us to help you with an issue. It may not be possible to wait for your next onsite visit, or you need to have the call with our longer waiting times
That is why we have launched our new and improved call back system – where you can now arrange callbacks via phone or Microsoft Teams (with Zoom and Google Meet coming soon) straight from our Help Desk
Simply visit our help desk, click on the arrange a callback link – and then choose the time you are available. Our system only books a call back in if everyone is available.
Our team will then join the Teams meeting at the appropriate time, or, give you a call on the number specified. We will log all the issues and try and resolve them during the call.
