As our users adapt to working at home, we have changed our support to adapt. Not only are we offering support to students, and their parents – but we have also started to offer a call back service.
As we know that staff and parents may be juggling work around other commitments at home – they can now book in a time for our team to call them up and get their issue sorted remotely, at a time to suit their schedule.

Call backs are available 9am – 4pm each day, and are randomly assigned to one of our technicians.
