We know this is a time of change for parents, students and staff at the schools we support, and we want to reassure everyone that we are working hard to enable staff to teach and communicate remotely, as well as providing support to students who are now learning from home.
We have opened a dedicated help desk for students, and our staff help desk is also open 8am – 5pm every day. We can provide support via remote control – visit our Help Desk
We have suspended our rota for onsite support, and are supporting schools remotely and pro-actively working on networks. However, if there is an emergency we will still travel to sites as needed.
Guidance and advice
We continue to provide strategic support to our schools to assist them in working in these new times with technology, conducting group meetings via Microsoft Teams.
We understand that there is still a need for training on new platforms, and this is why we are providing remote training to staff in a variety of public, and school specific sessions. Find out more.
As part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic MAC, we are following government guidance and working from home. Our support operation is designed to be relocatable in the case of closure of our offices, and we have actioned this plan.
