Helpdesk, remote and onsite support
We offer support via our helpdesk all week, full year. We are able to provide assistance over the phone, via tickets and via remote support. Our onsite support consists of as many days as you require, on a schedule to suit your needs. Our experienced team will create a relationship with your school, we cover all absences holidays too. When required, more senior support staff can attend, and to support with events, Ofsted visits, or serious network outages – we send as many of the team required to resolve the issue quickly.
Our team will be able to attend meetings with key contacts to discuss ways forward and projects. All schools get regular meetings with our services manager, either fortnightly for secondary schools, or monthly for primary/first schools. Or a schedule to suit your needs.

You will benefit from an experienced network manager and senior technician, as well as front line technicians – all who work across several schools and are able to bring and share best practices and experience. We become part of your school community.
We cover holidays and illness, and offer full year support, meaning when we provide remote working solutions, help is always available.
