With your own IT team you have to factor in holidays and working hours. Our team is available 7:30am - 5pm in term time and 8am - 5pm in every school holidays.

Training included

Uniquely, we do not charge extra for training, delivered onsite or remotely to your staff, from small groups to entire schools - we love to train and help your staff use technology.

Supporting Students

We have developed two packages for our schools. These are based on our experience of what schools require. However, we can be truly flexible with schools and trusts to develop bespoke solutions.

We are not the cheapest. We are not for profit. It takes a lot to set up an IT support team with varied knowledge and expertise, with the ability to respond when you need us too. You can be sure that we offer more, can do more and have more experience.

We are not an add on service by existing technicians – our services are tried and tested and can cope with growth and emergencies without sacrificing other customers when the time comes.

Onsite & Help Desk Support

Our complete package, providing support onsite from 1/2 a day a term to all day, every day with multiple staff.

You also get full access to our Help Desk all year, and for schools taking more then 3 days onsite, all your holiday project work is included. If you are taking under 3 days, you receive a highly discounted rate to complete additional works.

Core Support

Core support is for schools with exisiting IT support teams, who either require an escalation point for their team, or would like strategic support in developing their IT strategy and support delivering key projects. It is a cost effective way to access our expertise and develop your IT provision and staffing.
