Lourdes IT requires an Onsite IT Technician to help us support schools with their IT. This role involves following a scheduled timetable of visits in term time and supporting with project work in school holidays.

Experience working in IT Support is desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Resolve tickets onsite at schools, covering a wide range of tech, from cloud solutions to local servers, tablets, laptops, and PCs and software installation to hardware fixes, wifi, CCTV, projectors, and everything in between
- A UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle are required for this role.
- The role involves travelling to supported schools in our service area (Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire and beyond)
