Join our Strategic Customer Panel
Lourdes IT operate a Strategic Customer Panel (SCP) that work with our own leadership team to look at our services and performance. The panel make recommendations, help us to look at future developments and provide feedback on what we do, from their point of view.
Much like schools have governors, our SCP play a pivotal and supportive role in all we do.
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we were only able to hold one meeting last year – however we would like to restart these meetings, digitally at first. Our initial meeting already resulted in our new opening times from Sept 2020 of 7:30am.
The meetings are held each half term – and we welcome representation from an many different roles as possible.
