Join our team of onsite technicians, supporting multiple schools.
This is a 2nd line role, which means your expertise, experience and positive attitude will support you and your colleagues as we continue to grow.
We are looking for individuals with knowledge of:
- Office365 administration (including Endpoint experience)
- Server 2016/2019 AD, common server roles
- Networking, including vLan management
- Apple technologies
- Previous experience of working in an IT Support Enviroment.
We are looking for a candidate with a friendly and helpful attitude and technical expertise that puts our users at the forefront of all they do.
Your duties will require you to support users via our ticketing system and around school sites – as well as working with our management team and leaders at the school to ensure that strategically and operationally our support is second to none.
You will be supported by our experienced team, with escalation routes, training and regular feedback.

This role is initially based 3 days a week in Bromsgrove at a secondary school, with the remaining 2 days either being based at our central office, or at another site we support depending on our timetable.
However, as our business needs change there will be opportunities and requirements to be willing to attend other schools as required.
We currently support schools in North Worcestershire and Warwickshire. Mileage is paid in certain circumstances.
