Support specific for your School is our priority.

As Lourdes IT grows, we know how important it is for customers to still be treated as individuals, and feel that they can contact us easily with any questions or concerns.

We also know that supporting schools efficiently, is more then just fixing things when they go wrong.

Our team has always been pro-active, ensuring schools are moving forward as IT moves forward. 

If you sign up to one of our SLAs, you will be allocated a School Champion, who will look after your school directly and help you plan for the future.

We believe speaking to someone you know about your support allows us to deliver a better, more personal service – and for you to take advantage of all that we do.

All our School Champions are part of our Technical Team

Regular Meetings with you

Your school champion will meet with your Key Contact termly (primary) or half termly (secondary) to discuss your support, projects and your development plan

Pro-Active IT Development Plans

Your school champion and our pro-active technical team will work together to ensure that your school keeps moving forward.

Weekly Health Checks

Your School Champion will pro-actively check your IT Enviroment against a check list, making sure all elements of your systems are working well.

Regular, relevant communication

Your school champion will ensure you are aware of events, training, important information and deadlines for your school. You will also have their direct dial contact details.
