Feedback from our Schools

We work with some incredible schools, and we love getting feedback on how we have helped them with their IT. Many thanks to our customers who have sent the feedback below to share.

Matt responded to my cry for help and has agreed to work with us to develop and embed our IT strategy. No hard sell, no baffling tech speak - just honest, straightforward support. Exceptional value for money too! Highly recommended!
Can you pass on my thanks to your team for all the support they have provided to staff, students and parents for last half term. The team did a great job last week and Dan was especially flexible and helpful in leading the team. Thank you to you too for keeping the school updated throughout the many changes last term. They have had a positive impact on students being to participate in live lessons from home during this challenging time.

Madison worked systematically to look for solutions before it was apparent that she would need to work on my laptop to apply the fix. Yesterday at just after 4.30pm there was a power outage in Walkwood’s locality. (I was just beginning a virtual meeting with governors!) Power returned after a couple of minutes. I telephoned the IT helpdesk as internet was still down, and they were very helpful in relaying to me the status of service. Additionally, the set-up work that the Lourdes IT team had done on the servers meant that rebooting began upon the resumption of power, re-establishing service within a few minutes. We are now aware of the timescale involved if there is such an outage, and I wish to express my thanks to your team member for her patience, as well as for the team’s previous work on building the server protocols that allowed prompt recommencement of service.
