Our new Data Manager – Maria!

Maria has joined Lourdes MAC from Central RSA Academies, having been their data lead, formerly working at ArrowVale as both data lead and network manager, Maria brings a much in demand skill set to our MAC, and through Lourdes IT, our supported schools.

Maria is working to develop PowerBI systems – dashboards that visualise data from sources including SIMS, with live dashboards for schools governance and leadership. She can help you make sense of all types of data you hold, whatever the source.

Over the next few weeks we will be launching more details of the services Maria and Lourdes IT can provide – but if you have any questions in the meantime, please let us know.

Lourdes IT Updates

  • Please remind staff they can sign up to this email via helpdesk – https://help.lourdesit.org.uk  – we have recently fixed the form. 
  • Lourdes IT staff continue to work from home, and are working hard to minimise onsite visits. Our offices are open on a Wednesday for device drop offs and returns. This is proving popular, and we are looking at doing twice weekly sessions.
  • Should school reopen, our onsite support will restart (subject to guidance from Government) however wherever possible our team will continue to work from home.
