We know that schools are different to most environments, and even then, two schools are never the same. We can support with every side of your school, from administration to teaching and learning. We understand key educational software, and also business packages for finance.
We know how Worcestershire County Council work, and work closely with support teams for SIMs and Broadband support. We also provide our own SIMS SLAs direct to our academy schools, as well as offer advice and support to new and existing Multi Academy chains.
We know a huge array of suppliers and manufacturers – and we are totally independent when making suggestions – our buying power means we are able to offer discounts that you would not get as a single school.
How we offer our support
We are not a business. We want to help fellow schools benefit from ICT which excites pupils and staff alike. We don’t have set packages, and we don’t charge extra for individual services. If you join our supported schools, all you have to decide is how much you want us for, is it half a day? 2 half days? or all week? Rest assured, we will be there whatever when there is an emergency. We then charge a fixed yearly fee, allowing you to easily budget for your IT support. Contracts are for 12 months, and require 6 months notice so we can ensure we have the correct support team size to meet our demands.

Phone Support: Help desk phones manned 8:30 – 5pm for all your staff
Consultation: Advice on projects, hardware, software and solution deployments
Onsite Support: A technician onsite for as many days as required in term time.
Remote Support: Remote session and telephone support from the helpdesk
24/7 Hepdesk: Log an issue at anytime, with same day responses and fixes where possible
We offer a complete package to schools, but we can offer consultation on its own.
